From May 18 to 22, QCA once again took part in EuroMedLab, held this year in Brussels, one of the most influential congresses in Europe and globally significant in the field of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine.

This prestigious event gather thousands of professionals from the world of clinical diagnostics, including researchers, physicians, clinicians, and manufacturers from across the globe. As IVD reagent manufacturers, QCA’s presence at EuroMedLab has been instrumental in enhancing our technical knowledge in response to the sector’s emerging challenges, while continuing to deliver added value through our products, with a clear focus on the real needs of our clients and the ongoing shifts in the diagnose landscape.

Over the course of the congress, our R&D specialists had the opportunity to:

• Attend high-level scientific presentations on emerging markers, personalized diagnostics, new paradigms in clinical diagnosis, transforming approaches across the sector, laboratory automation, and strategies for meeting clinicians' needs through the technical performance and real clinical value of reagents.
• Enhance our understanding of regulatory structures, staying current with the latest updates under the new European IVD Regulation (IVDR) and exploring how these compare to regulatory pathways in other regions of the world.
• Gain firsthand insights into the concerns, expectations, and experiences of end users of in vitro diagnostic devices (clinical laboratories, analysts, physicians, distributors, etc.), allowing us to align and refine our technical and commercial strategy with the real-world needs of the diagnostic field.
• Explore new opportunities for innovation and collaboration with leading research institutions and hospital laboratories.
