In International Markets, we market our products through a wide network of distributors. Please contact us to find out which distributor has been assigned to your area. 

QCA, S.A.’s main activity is not subcontract manufacturing for other brands. For special orders, please contact our Sales Department. 

At QCA, S.A. we offer an extensive catalogue of adaptation guides for our reagents, compatible with the vast majority of Autoanalyzers available on the market. 

These adaptation guides are available to both our distributors and our customers in the domestic market. 

You must be registered in order to download any documents. 

Go to the top right corner of the website and click on the Your Account option. 

On the page that appears, under New Customers (on the left side), click the CREATE AN ACCOUNT button. 

You will then access the account creation form, where you must complete all required fields, including a valid email address and your chosen password. You must also accept the privacy agreement, check the “I’m not a robot” box, and click SAVE. 

An email will be sent to your inbox. Please read it and follow the link provided to activate your account. 

That’s it — you can now log in to the QCA website using the email and password you selected. 

5. How can I make a purchase from the online store? 

Online purchasing is restricted to registered users within the national territory. If you do not yet have a user account, please complete the registration process described in the previous section. 

Once registered, go to the CONTACT option at the top of the homepage and fill in the contact form, indicating in the Message field that you wish to make a purchase through our website. 

Our Sales Department will then contact you to complete the final step of the process.
