Being Q.C.A a company whose business purpose is the design, manufacture and sale of in-vitro reagents and diagnostic kits. Supply and after-sales service of equipment for in-vitro analytical determinations declares as its Quality Policy:

1. A TOTAL approach to the client, identifying, meeting and exceeding their requirements and expectations.

2. Compliance with all legal and technical requirements appropriate to the purpose and the commitment to comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System and to maintain its effectiveness.

3. The promotion of human resources development as the main asset of the organization, through training, motivation and involvement of all company personnel.

4. The acquisition of a commitment to improve our management system and the conformity of our products.

To meet the above points we establish indicators and objectives based on the needs of the organization. The Directorate guarantees the acquisition and maintenance of the resources necessary to achieve the objectives.

This Quality Policy and the objectives that arise from it are reviewed on an ongoing basis to adapt to the constant changes in the needs of our customers.

This Quality Policy is disseminated by those responsible for the processes and by Management to all people in the company and is applicable in all areas..
